Marc Vez

Predoctoral researcher – Google Scholar

He obtained his degree in Biology in 2021 and his MsC in Biodiversity in 2022 at Barcelona University (Barcelona, Spain). His interests are mainly focused on the modeling of animal behaviour and movement, but he have collaborated in different research projects, studying from high mountain plant communities to the trophic ecology of an opportunistic urban species.

At CREAF he works as a predoctoral student in researcher Oriol Lapiedra’s lab, studying the evolutionary effects of the introduction of an exotic species in the insular system of Ibiza (Balearic Islands), both at the predator-prey and ecostemic levels.

His field of study includes evolutionary biology, biological invasions, and behaviour.
