He is currently a PhD student at CREAF in Oriol Lapiedra’s lab, where he investigates the phenotypic changes exhibited by an invasive snake along an invasion gradient in Ibiza (Balearic Islands). His research focuses on understanding the evolutionary processes driving these changes, combining behavioural and ecological approaches at both predator–prey and ecosystem levels. Before starting his PhD, he worked on various research projects ranging from high-mountain wetland plant communities to the trophic ecology of an opportunistic urban species.
He obtained his degree in Biology in 2021 and his MSc in Biodiversity in 2022, both from the University of Barcelona (Spain). His main interests include modelling, animal behaviour, and movement ecology.
His field of study includes evolutionary biology, biological invasions, and behaviour.
